Brilliant Sands recently acquired the mineral rights to three strategically located frac sand properties in Alberta and Manitoba, Canada. The company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Consolidated Goldfields LLC, is an exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mining properties which owns or controls a 100% interest in six properties located in Nevada.
