Meduvo currently operates from a 2,000-square-foot facility and compounds and dispenses non-sterile medications. ETST is initiating facility upgrades designed to meet sterility requirements, with management targeting full regulatory certification for sterile compounding by the end of 2028. The company said regulatory approvals are pending in additional states as it pursues nationwide coverage.
