Evolution (NYSE American: EPM) announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 3.7 million shares of common stock at $3.25 per share, for expected gross proceeds of approximately $12.0 million before underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses. The company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 555,000 shares. Evolution intends to use the net proceeds to fund a portion of its previously announced acquisition of oil and natural gas mineral and royalty interests in the Permian Basin, as well as for general corporate purposes. Roth Capital Partners is acting as sole book-running manager, Northland Capital Markets as co-manager, and A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as financial advisor for the offering.
